What up guys and gals!

Well, I have not smoked in 4 days. Kinda crazy that I actually followed through with it, but it's true - no cigs in 4 days. I'm doing pretty good. I hope this posts finds everyone well!

Hi Reggie,
Just found this link, and read it through. Glad I found it today, as I would have told you not to quit for insurance. I sell it, and know the ins and outs. I've also had Kiki's experience and have been denied by companies I represent.

Bottom line. PLEASE don't let it mess with your sobriety. If you are in a bad place, go run and buy cigs, but not booze. I hate them, and quit 3 months ago, after having quit 100s of times with nicotine crutches. I finally went cold turkey again. I had a slip with a drinking slip a month ago. They are, in my opinion, harder emotionally to quit. LaFemme's reference to Allen Carr's book is how I think I finally succeeded, though not right away.

Good luck. Stick with it, but not at the cost of sobriety. I get too much from your posts!
