1st meeting for me!
 

Well I did it. I sweat about 10lbs off but I went. What a welcoming group of people and darn funny too! I am going to another meeting tomorrow and then on Wednesday as well. I'll be going to three a week. That's the most I can find here. I will say more later cuz my hubby wants to spend time with me. :) Thanks to everyone that supported me through this very though day!

Having a hard time at the moment. This is going to be a rough journey but I have to take it. I didn't drink tonight. I'm so thankful. Keeping up an alcoholic life style is exhausting!

Tell me about it, 1undone. I was sooo tired of trying to keep it all together. I'm now five months in and feel 10 years younger. It's amazing how much easier life is now—and I'm saying this at the end of a pretty crappy day. (Crappy days are the exception now, instead of the rule.) Keep up the good work!
