Congratualtions on your 15 days. I can feel from your posts that you remain positive. That is also very important. Positive thoughts create positive actions resulting in positive results.
Tea is good. I have been drinking tea forever -even inbetween binges. But now its all I drink in the evening.

Even boozers find time for tea over here!
My little secret? Ginger Beer - the non-brewed, synthetic stuff, of course. As long as it has plenty of 'afterburn'. Works for me.
The only problem? Combined with tubloads of ice cream and slabs of chocolate, I'm laying down luuv handles!

Great post Ryan, I am a couple of days ahead of you. It is a great feeling, and your right on regarding this site. Cannot read enough comments about how this place has changed lives, mine has for sure.
