So there will be no margaritas, coronas, or tequila shots for me today and although I do miss the feeling of a nice buzz from time to time, I wouldn't trade the peace and happiness I have found in sobriety for it. While I still have a lot of work to do on myself, having a clear head and healthy body for the past 2 months has helped my personal growth tremendously. Every single aspect of my life has been positively affected by my quitting drinking and I feel the best I have ever felt about myself. I want to thank everyone on this site for their support and for sharing. SR is my only recovery based support system and I don't think I would be where I am today without you guys, so thanks!
