Good coffee, I'm on #3.

At 2 pm today, I start a new, additional, class dealing with Concurrent Disorders - I can talk about my anxiety, in ADDITION TO my alcoholism - YAY!

AA meeting in the lecture theatre at 7:30 pm...open speaker....then a game of billiards (if I don't have homework).

One hour at a friggin' time.

OHAAFT.

I've been peeking at your posts because my RABF is in rehab and you are really giving me great incite as to what he may be feeling/doing.

It's great you have something to look forward to. Something to keep your mind busy. Take all you can from it...I'm sure its' all helping tremendously. Glad to hear from you.
