Day 6 &Thankful

Almost a week has past since I first found this sight and I am sober.

I am so thankful for God's strength... I have walked into grocery stores and actually looked at the wine and said to myself I am powerless over alcohol and God is my strength.

Thank you God!

I have had my moments of desire but they are starting to become shorter and longer apart. :YES... AGAIN THANK YOU GOD:

Hopefully it gets to the point where no thoughts pop into your head at all when you see alcohol in the store.

Congratulations on day 6 Akua! I gotta give you credit. I couldn't be around a store that sold alcohol my first week. Good for you!
