Day 11 rehab - goodnight
AA meeting over, it was great!
Talked about cravings, 3 AA'ers were going through them.
Chairperson said: "It's all in your head. If you were in an airplane, and had cravings, and someone pushed you out the door of the plane, 5,000 feet above ground, I bet your mental cravings for alcohol would go away!"
I leave you with that thought.
Iced tea, anyone? He also mentioned iced tea helps take away cravings.
Kelly
P.S. I finished my assignment! I can go on the nature walk tomorrow!
:-)

Good luck Kelly. You're where I'd like to be. I'm not even at day one. Hang in there, keep posting and keep going. You are giving me some hope that'll I'll get there.
As far as cravings go, dum dums are low calories. If you want some sugar or a treat then they are a good choice.
