9 and feeling fine!
Glad I'm working out every day because my appetite is huge! I'm eating everything! Feeling good and still no urges, well a little at the end of a work day but that is the drive to the gym then I forget about it once I'm there and after. Hope all the nine's are feeling fine and loving the sunshine. LOL in a rhyming mood this morning. Have a wonderful day!

Good morning, nines!! Glad you are feeling good. Me too! Found myself singing Bill Wither's 'Lovely Day' on the walk up to school with my dog and little 'un (much to the little 'un's shame)! The sun is shining, I've got a full day ahead planning for my best friend's 40th birthday in a couple of days and I'm feeling strong and positive!! Whoop whoop!!

cdp...I sympathise. I did too. I was outside in the yard smoking a cigarette and through the window saw my husband sipping his red wine. I suddenly had a real jolt - I could imagine how it smelt, how the glass felt in his hand, the taste of it. Everything. I think my jaw went a little slack at the thought, and I was lost for about 30 seconds. But I played the tape in my head - "You can't just do THAT moment, missus. You won't be able to stop once you pick it up". And that was that. It was gone. But boy, that wave of craving was HUGE. I'm glad I had it, if you know what I mean. I hadn't had one single craving before then. It was a good reminder that the beast still lurks within and not to be complacent...
