Day 7 rehab - withdrawal was only on Day 1
I entered rehab last Wednesday...the last headache was the day before, Tuesday, and the last drink was the day before that, Monday, April 18.
No headaches, lots of classes, 6 AA/NA meetings on the long Easter weekend.
Smoking cessation classes are being offered to the roughly 40% of the alcoholics/addi cts who are here at Homewood Health Centre. (I am a non-smoker.)
Read chapters 1 to 5 of the Big Book today, very interesting.
Almost no cravings - did a urine and blood test this morning, no problem....nothing in my system.
Have a good evening,
Kelly

Day 7 rehab
which is also Day 8 sober...I had relapsed back on April 18.
Great open AA meeting just ended, speaker was amazing, got lots of gifts after joining AA.
No cravings, can't believe it.
Off for some billiards in the recreation room, God bless you all.
