To everyone is upset with your drug/alcohol abuse/problem
 

Don't beat yourself up too bad. Everyone has problems in this world. Some people use work. exercise. avoid people. work too much. garden and etc to relieve their stress or problem or depression. We decided to use alcohol and/or drugs to do so. Nothing surprise and it's normal. Just learn/listen and get on a healthy pace of living with dealing with our problems. There is always a new day and we are still here.
