Day 2 - rebab

Great breakfast this morning - I usually would have skipped breakfast.

More energy already.

Off to meeting in 5 minutes, check in later.

Alkies from all over the world are here.

Kelly

Strangely enough, when I started recovery...my diet went to hell. I've always been an extremely healthy eater and never skipped breakfast, but during the beginning of recovery I was pretty depressed and not really eating. My appetite has turned around and so has my depression! Keep up the good eating habits and it should level out your mood Kelly.

Hey--congrats Kelly. What did you learn in your first meeting? Are you feeling confident? What are you getting in there that you couldn't get out here--for those of us thinking about a stint inside.

Rehab factor

It's such a cheery place, and they keep us very busy, with nature walks, crafts, social worker sessions, one on ones with addiction specialist M.D.'s (doctors), AA meetings, "check in's", nutritious meals (I used to NEVER eat breakfast, how crazy was that?!), etc., etc.

People from everywhere, here.

Kelly
