i think i may have screwed up. i'm in the cayman islands and i'm into my 3rd day detoxing. prior to leaving on vacation on 4/10 i had detoxed for 5 days using thc, the day before departing i got scared knowing it would be completely cold turkey and used and now without any thing to help with the symtoms i'm catching hell. i been reading various websites using suggestions of how to cope just reading them has really helped. i think sharing this with you guys might just help. i hope because i really feel bad because not only am i going though i'm making everyone around me miserable. i really want to kick that's why i agreed to a seven day trip, i figured the five days prior and the seven during the trip would do the trick without distractions, but i chickened out the day before leaving and now i paying.

I'm not sure what your detoxing from, but I think a Dr is always a sensible idea if you are concerned.
