3. Smoking a whole lot more (I am easing up now and going to quit when I feel strong enough about my sobriety)

I have a year membership to the gym but I haven't had the energy to get going. That I will definitely become addicted too. I love to work out.

I am a program addict. 8-10 meetings a week. Early Recovery Group weekly meeting. AA social events. If I am not working, playing hard or sleeping I am focused on recovery.
I quit all addictive substances right down to caffeinated beverages. Caffeine was the single largest contributor to my emotional and mental instability next to alcohol and illicit drugs.
