One year today....who woulda thunk it?
Great job, oz! I also recently hit the 1-year mark, and I could echo almost every one of your sentiments. Life has gotten better, and immeasurably so. I couldn't have imagined the life I now enjoy just over 1 year ago.
Thanks for being here, and for being an example for others. Breaking out of that agonizing addiction is possible. You're living proof of that.

WOOO Hooooo !!!!!!
S00ooooo happy for you, Oz .....and Great Post too!?!
I'm right there with ya' on the magic of working out with music. Usually fall into la-la land at some point on a longer hard ride on the bike. Cranking some tunes the last (grueling) 10 miles really changes (in a good way ) the whole experience.
....like jumping into a movie.
Keep on with whatever you're doing, ..cause it's really, really working.
