I was told before that we didnt get like this overnight so dont expect to feel normal overnight. Im just over 50 days sober and am just starting to feel positive about things -for the first couple of months it was like is this it?? But you will adjust so hang in there.

Thanks! It's good to know I'm not alone. Bevin, dull is exactly how I've been feeling. I'll see things that I know I should get excited or happy about and wonder why I'm not feeling anything. NewStart, good to know that it eventually goes away.
Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes!! It was a pretty good birthday. Had a good dinner, watched a movie with my fam...good way to start my 30s!
