Too much of anything is no good. It's a
saying I often hear. You'd think after not
drinking for 20 yrs. i would be recovered
from my disease of alcoholism. Well, for me,
like someone that is a diabetic, I have to take
my medicine on a daily bases to stay healthy.

My AA recovery program taken on a daily bases
helps me stay healthy in mind body and soul.

A diabetic never recovers and neither will, and
like them, I have the tools and knowledge of
disease and an awesome program to help me
live without a drink on a daily bases. And I can
do this in a happy sober manner.

I take my recovery and sobriety seriously and
decided early on that if I wanted to stay sober
then I needed to live and incorperate the steps
and principles of a recovery program in my everyday
life.

To play with fire I would burn. To play with my
recovery then I will either get drunk, end up in
an inane assylm, or die. I chose to live and not
die.

Life is great because I stuck with the winners
in recovery following the path they chose to stay
sober a day at a time. And they are happy joyous
and free. So am I. And so can you.
