I remember that fear of the absence of alcohol—How will I ever enjoy social events? How will I barbecue without beer? How will I wash my car?—was one of the biggest obstacles to stopping.

It's sort of shocking to discover that not only can I do everything without alcohol, but I actually enjoy stuff more!
