Today I will...
Today I will...
Go for a short hike after breakfast, then finish the bathroom renovation I started two years ago (just needs trim around the door a touch of paint here and there, and some drywalling on outside wall). If there's enough time after that, I'll work on strengthening the enlarger bench in my long unfinished darkroom.
Spent the last 8.75 months cleaning up me...now it's time to work on a loooong list of unfinished projects around the house!
What are your plans for the day?

Sounds great!. Reading that was a little motivation for me to continue with my plans for the day. I went shopping, went out for breakfast, now am going to work out and do some baking for the people at work. It feels so nice to actually enjoy the weekend.
I have a lot of projects to do too. My house used to be sparkling. Now I can pick up dust by the handful!
But I'm going to do little by little. When I do too much, I feel stressed out and need a drink to relax. It's one of my many "triggers" that also includes anxiety, depression, celebrations, parties, etc. If I can tell one more thing is gonna stress me out, I'll leave it for later. Been working out pretty good.

I am a list maker. A post it freak. I have things I want to get done and it just feels good to mark it off the list..Whatever doesn't get done will be there when I feel like doing it. Actually..I spoil myself rotten. I have such a peaceful life now..that is something everyone deserves. I work hard all week and LOVE my weekends off. Planning a trip to Deadwood soon (gamble once a year-my halo is tipped) and Co Springs in a couple of weeks. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend..
How was the musical, least?
Well, yesterday was not as productive as I hoped it would be (time got gobbled up by "unproductive" things like taking over an hour to bike to the hardware store with our 9 year old daughter) but it was successful none the less.
In the past I would have gotten very frustrated at so many of the little things that can slow progress, like misplaced tools, multiple trips to the hardware store, or everything not being square from previous owners renovating projects. This time I was able to calm myself and not get into that ramped up, hyper, scattered state which always got me cheesed off and buying booze in the past. Renovating and drinking were always partners in crime, so not having urges yesterday was a huge victory for me.
Today I'll be happy with completing yesterdays goals, urge free
