Food binge again
Last night I went on an other food binging. I most likely ate about 4k calories. Most of it was sweets like ice cream and peanut butter sandwich. After I finish eating, I felt like to throw up which I did a little bit. It happens at night and this is the 3rd time it happen in the last 2 weeks. I'm not a big food eater and this binge eating is driving me nuts. It's not as bad as my binge drinking which I stop drinking now but I just can't do these binge eating anymore. The thought of me getting fat because of this is going to drive me crazy.
I hit the gym 5 times a week and I'm very healthy and eat right.
I don't know if it's because my DUI(2nd) court date is getting closer. I'm not stress out and I don't feel like drinking alcohol. I just want this to pass.

Have you thought of counselling ACT10n?
I actually think binge eating is every bit as damaging as binge drinking.
There must be healthier ways you can deal with stress.
Good luck with the court date.

Yes, it could be the stress you're facing.
I also think that we really need to deal with the underlying reasons as to why we became addicted. That helps guard against moving from one addiction to another.

I was thinking about drinking alcohol again but I don't have that caving anymore. Which is weird. I have the money to buy it but I don't want to switch binge eating to alcohol plus I don't have that drive to buy alcohol and get drunk on it.
Would like to go back to over exercising which I have been doing for 8 years, 3 years ago.
Maybe look into cross addiction. Sometimes when we quit one thing it is subconsciously replaced by another.
Alot of people that quit substance abuse think that they can just have a few beers...then those few beers turn into 'another' addiction they need to deal with. (and visa versa)
Eating disorders can be very serious.
