I've been patiently waiting to hit that 1,000th day of sobriety mark. Well, while I was busy living, I overshot it by 5 days.

I wasn't gonna make a big deal out of it, but you know what, it IS a big deal. I never, ever, ever thought I could get 24 hours sober, let alone 1,005 days.

Newcomers, there is HOPE! And that hope can come from SR. This place has rocked my world. It's been my best friend, my conscience, my chosen family.

I am so blessed to be here. Thanks, SR.

I often wonder how long it will be when I start missing counting a day or to, so far I am aware of each and every day sober, guess that's good in the beginning though.

1005 days is awesome!!!!!
