Check out the substance abuse forum. There's LOTS of oxycodone withdrawal support there. You are going to feel like crap for a few days, but you will glad in the long run. I am over 3 months off oxycodone myself and feel better now than I have a several years. My OXY HELL RIDE lasted 2 years.

I'm fairly new here myself and I am on day 5 w/d's from those evil oxy's and hydros. Keep coming back, post, post, post! It has helped me keep my damn sanity when I feel like crawling into a hole. Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the support! You all have helped tremendously! Dee74, I am seeing a doctor! He gave me clonidine0.1 mg by mouth twice a day, ambien for sleep, phenegran suppositories for nausea, and Librium if my nerves get to bad! But I believe hearing from you guys will help just as much! Thanks again

Hang in there you can do this.
Glad to know you are under a doctor care. Why not try one of those Librium pills, they should help for the panic. B kind to yourself, get enough rest and eat properly.
Pamper yourself, take hot bibble baths, open a book or watch a new video from a rental center. Keep us all posted.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Days 2-4 were a living nightmare for me, the worst of the worst. A lot of people say 2-3, it depends. You are almost there!!! Keep posting, we are here for you

Can you call someone just to be with you? Have you talked to the doctor today? Maybe he can up your dosage or add something....(?) If it gets too hard to deal with, there's always the ER.
I'm just not familiar with oxy withdrawals - it sounds like you're having a ton of anxiety. Try the deep slow breathing....... and sometimes calm music helps, too.

((phil)) I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I know exactly what you are going thru, exactly. I had so much anxiety that it was almost overwhelming. All I could do was occupy myself, spending a lot of time on here and listen to music non stop. I know it feels like you are losing your mind, but you are almost there!! You've gotten this far, you can go all the way!! Make sure you stay hydrated, although I know it's hard. I wish i had more advice but hang in there, the worst is almost done! Is there anyone you can call??

Thank you were so right the 1st day was so-so! The 2nd and third days have been the worst I have went through!!! Leg cramps were the worst and anxiety I thought I was going to the hospital ! I didn't if it wasnt for you guys thanks though for helping me! God bless you all!

Hello, thank you 4 your support I needed it! I first got on oxycodone 30 mg when they were first out!!! Now I name the evil little blue devil with an M or 215 a!I believe that this the worst invention!!!
