First day of recovery from "meth"

I have decided NOW that i need to stop using.I have been using for about 3yrs. I am an exotic dancer from guam.I am afraid that my occupation will lead me to a relapse but i can not just quit as i have no money to support my self because i have waisted it all on meth.I am also afraid of any possible withdrawls i may experience.....I have just used about 45 min. ago so i will be fine for now but what do i do when i start craving later?i really need some advice..

You really should talk to your dr or go to an ER to get some medical advice.

Here is a link to the Salvation Army in your area. They will likely offer free rehab:

Hawaiian & Pacific Islands : Guam Corps Community Center

Glad you're here, rio - I have no experience with meth but know that withdrawals can be dangerous..... I hope you can find a place to get some help.

You can have a better life without drugs, even though I'm sure it's hard to see that at the moment. I'll say a pray for you....... you're doing the right thing.:ghug3

I have no experience with meth either but I can't imagine you'd want to go cold turkey after 3 years of using. Be careful be safe and glad you're here.
