I might start posting every day. It helps me stay sober. I went to 2 meetings today and spent about 3 hours at the gym. I called Russell and he gave me good advice about not feeling sorry for myself and to help other people. I will meet with a guy named Gabe to possibly hook up as a sponsor. Things are still kind of rough but I gotta hang in there. I still do have my job (for now). I hope the evaluation goes well on Wednesday. I guess this is kind of like a daily Soberlouge or something.

I think it's important to work on recovery every day, and it sounds like you're doing well.

I enjoy coming here too! It reminds me that we can do anything if we set our minds to it.
I'm on day three and can't wait for day four, day five, day six and especially day seven. I should feel much better after that. Each day throws a curve ball but I'm getting better at hitting them out of the ball park. Keep up the great work!
