Hey everyone
My name is chris.
I'm currently going through benzo detox at home. I have been reading this board for awhile now, and it seems great. I posted the basics of my story in the drug addition board. I'm glad to be here. This horrible lifestyle has to stop. I'm on day five and I'm felling a little better, but not out of the woods yet.

Good morning everyone. Its not that great on this side. I feel a little better than I did yesterday morning, but I still feel pretty bad. I'm hanging in there hopefully this anxiety and pain will go away soon.
