Me too. Since Tuesday I'm strictly adhering to a 1 std per hour (measured) for 5 hours a day in the evenings till Monday when hopefully I'll get the all clear from an addiction specialist to stop completely. Life is just too short, and you only get one of them (probably anyway! :-)), so I'm not taking any risks. I'm here with you guys.
