Day 3 (Strange Dreams)
Day 3 (Strange Dreams)
Day 3 started out worse than the first two. But, I had some coffee, made a nice breakfast and went for a very nice walk in the park with my boyfriend and his daughter. I am really excited that I was able to drive them there! At the end of the day I'm feeling much better. I still have the roller coaster anxiety attacks and irritability and cravings. I know sleep change patterns are common. But last night I woke up about every hour with a completely different very strange series of dreams. Only one was alcohol themed. Are bizarre dreams common?
I'm on day 9 being sober. Every night since I've had a dream of relapsing so after the first few days I go to bed knowing whats coming. The dreams are usually pretty weird/frightening but I'm thinking that with time they will go away. I think they are fairly common at the beginning but I'm not completely sure.

This is my day three. Last night I kept waking from very, very vivid and bizarre dreams. It's funny because only one of mine was about alcohol too. It was about whiskey which I never drink. Odd. From what I've read, it doesn't seem like an uncommon thing to experience. Hope the best for you.
