Hi mm - Congratulations on 4 months.....that's huge. I think you deserve a lot of praise for staying sober through all of this.

Dealing with emotions and the uncertainty of the future is something we all have to learn. I can get fixated on negative feelings and when I do it colors everything else in my life too.

This may not help, but there are some things to be grateful for: you're sober, you have food/clothing/health today and your boys are healthy too. Neither you or their mother are in jail or sick in a hospital. And there may even be ways you can work this out that you haven't thought of yet.
