Day 2 - remember this feeling!
Hello folks,
I don't have much to say really, just wanted to stop by I guess. It's day 2 and I feel so good. I feel positive, healthy, empowered! I'm trying to think of all the great things that can come out of me staying sober: feeling better, looking better (my Lord, I was probably downing 400-600 calories daily in booze, not including the greasy bar snacks I'd get into late in the night!), thinking clearer and having more time to do things and add more dimension to my life. I know there are going to be plenty of tough days down the road, but screw those days! Today I feel good and I'm sticking with that!
