Just goes to show.....

Hi everyone....Since my 1 year sobriety...a week ago I've had 2 drinking dreams!!! I haven't had one since the beginning of my sobriety!! I guess it just goes to show that alcohol is a very powerful thing. It has reminded me to not get cocky and to think I've beaten this...it really is one day at a time....I sure was upset over the dreams though....just yucky!!!!!

I get them, too. I also dream about all kinds of stupid and weird stuff.

It helps to remember that all my dreams are merely my brain processing garbage.

If it makes you. Feel better I dreamt I abandoned my four children so that I could have an easier life.

Now I don't have children but I woke up consumed by guilt!
