Welcome to Sr! You'll find many here struggling as you are. Glad you decided to seek some support for your addiction. You've taken the first step. Keep posting and let us know how your coming along. Maybe look into some counseling or check out AA. There are many support groups available.

PLEASE, PLEASE do not take Tylenol if you are drinking abusively.
It will destroy your liver in short order. If you do nothing else immediately, please stop using them simultaneously.

Have you seen your doctor yet? It's often a good idea if you've been drinking heavily for a while - detox can sometimes be problematic for some of us.
And not to scare you, but it might also be a good idea to get a general checkup and look at your liver if you've been abusing tylenol as well.
You'll find a lot of support here - and a lot of ideas.
Are you thinking of using any kind of real life support (like AA or whatever) as well?

Welcome ilovetoshop - Glad you posted. SR is a great place to come for support (and we all need it if we're trying to get/stay sober). Anxiety and depression are a part of the vicious cycle of drinking, so they can only make self-abuse issues worse.
