Cholesterol issues I have, but I'm happy. Survivors adapt, smile and move on triumphantly.
Burgers? Double burgers!!
Two grilled veggie or soy burgers, with turkey bacon, a little lettuce, onion tomato, ketchup and mustard and you won't even miss all the regular hamburger meat which is probably 25% fat.
Alternatives to the dangerous lifestyles we lived are everywhere. We just have to be brave enough to greet them with optimism!
