Crisco - holy moly. Drinking mouthwash eh?
I've done crazy stuff too, we probably all have.
It's nothing new and nothing you can't recover from. Try not to beat yourself up over it and I would look as this as further proof you simply cannot drink alcohol.
Ok, so now it's up to you. I'm an AA'er and 90 meetings in 90 days is what I did too and it was very helpful. Get yourself a sponsor, start working the steps immediatly (why not?), and immurse yourself in recovery.
What feels shameful now, will eventually turn into strength and just think, one day you'll be able to help someone just like you.
We can and do recover. You can be living, breathing proof of that.

My dad also died "recently" and I was only 2 months sober. It was very, very hard, but I made it through without a drink.
GREAT job reaching out here and keep posting, keep trying.
You never have to drink again, but in my experience it takes a lot of work.
I look forward to reading more about you.
Kjell
