Quantity and amount of time?
 

I know all bodies are different;

When you were at your heaviest drinking periods, what were you drinking/how often/how much consumed?

From one to three bottles of wine, all day every day. Like an alcohol drip IV all day long...:(

I worked my way up to about a liter of vodka per day. I suspect I was on the verge of liver damage at that point.

However, it is not the amount we drink that makes it an issue. It is the problems we cause that determines the severity of our illness.

It sounds unbelievable, but this little girl could put away a 30-pack of beer in a day. Started before noon & stayed up late. Like Least, it was 24/7 at the end of my career.

At my heavest, up to a twelve pack of beer, 3-4 nights a week..

Impossible for me to know....I was a blackout bar fly ....daily drinker.
I also made my living in lounges/bars /hotels and restaurants.
I never knew what drink on which day slid me into active alcoholism.

I was shocked to know I could not simply stop when I wanted to.

depression is why I quit...and it was the wisest move I ever made.

Hard to tell when you drink beer and shots mixed w/ cocaine and hang out at bars 3 - 5 nights a week :) It was a lot though.

When I drank at home, a few import beers (belguims) and some pot was the norm.

I was like least. An IV drip of alcohol all day every day...averaged 2 liters a day...sometimes more rarely less.
