I'm baaaaack!
Hey guys!
Just thought I'd pop in and let y'all know how I'm doing...
3 months and 13 days sober!
It's been a long and ruthless process but I really think I'm getting there!
I'm starting to get less cravings yet I still miss it. All part of the process!
To anyone just starting this... you ca do it! If I can do it then anyone can! Just keep it up. It may seem like the hardest thing in the world at the moment but I PROMISE you that it gets easier!
Chin up guys!

Change is a difficult thing to do. It's always easier for me to stay with what's familiar and resist change.
Again congrats!
Nice going.
I think thinking about giving up drinking forever was far more stressful and intimidating that just doing it. Anyone who can make it a day (WE ALL CAN) without drinking, makes it past the hardest part of all.... quitting. From there on out, the fear of what it will be like is over and it's honestly not as big a deal as drunks tend to make it.
It means doing anything we want in life except for drinking one flavor of soda. When we stack up the endless issues life throws at us, it's relatively simple to surrender one flavor beverage, especially one so unhealthy.
Everything into perspective, alcohol is one of the easier things to just walk away from in life. It just takes trying it.
