Yeah, I posted this on my facebook account earlier today. One of my friends said "what a waste". I replied back "that is how powerful drugs and alcohol really are"... Our disease does not discriminate based on race, religion, talent level, etc.... it is an equal opportunity killers. Very powerful stuff...

Had he not parted ways with his addictions, he would not be moving into a brand new life filled with great things. This is the land of opportunity. You've got to work for everything, including sobriety. NOTHING free will taste as good as that which we work for. That's why sobriety is so sweet.
