Hi all my old friends,
I have not been on in a long time. Things are going pretty well for me. I didn't drink for about 3 months early in 2010, but have been drinking a bit since. Never to excess, but lately, probably due to xmas stress, I am feeling the need to hit the old bottle. Thought it was time for a refresher course.

Glad you're back, sorry you're drinking again. This is a stressful time of year, I totally agree. It's a GOOD thing you felt the need for some support, stick around this time!!
