To all of you and all of your kind words: Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This site really is my saving grace right now. I love you all (which is weird to say to people I've never met).
My recovery process has begun and it has been incredibly emotional but it is the best decision I will have ever made.
Last night at an AA meeting a guy spoke and said something that sums up how I feel about alcoholics, he said:
"I never have to be alone again. I am in a gang that is millions strong - and they all got my back"
