Seinfeld Reruns
I cannot wait for a new day. Iam so exhausted and cannot thank SR people for getting me through the day... which is just what i am doing...getting though today.
Sitting with my laptop reading, reading, rereading SR peoples posts. Watching Seinfeld re-runs have helped - I'm laughing which is good.
My priority for tomorrow is AA. Anyone have any other suggestions as to what I should do tomorrow to get be back in the momentum of sobriety? I will work out too. Go on a walk.
ugh.. i am still so mad.

Anything that builds on something positive or boosts your mood. AA is great, using SR helps a lot of people, you might look for other recovery related articles online or books at a shop.
Spending some time focused on recovery is a good thing. I would just advise not going too far overboard with it. Learning how to build a sober life takes time as much as effort. "Be kind to yourself" is great wisdom.
Take it easy, laugh and stick to your plans. And we'll be here whenever.
