Hi hypo!
I'm an ICU nurse as well. I totally relate to what you have chosen for your screen name! I almost called myself - "fraud."
The good thing is that we are neither a hypocrite or a fraud and there are more than us than I ever imagined when I began this journey of recovery.
I KNOW how it feels to admit that while we are really good at helping others, we suck at asking for help for ourselves.

(((Hypocrite))) - welcome to SR!! I WAS an ICU/ER nurse but I messed that up with my addiction.
This is a great place for support, ES&H (Experience, strength & hope) and has had a major part in me being clean for more than 3-1/2 years.

I am also a hypocrite and a fraud. I'm a personal trainer, and all I do is talk about health and wellness all day.
You can ask anything you need to, with no fear of being judged. We are a pretty nice group
