I can't add much to what's already been said. I don't think it necessarily "counts", but I also don't think it's a good idea. I'd rather get my empty calories from something that at least contains chocolate. ;-)

Personally I wouldn't bother with it, I would much rather have a Coffee or Soft Drink. A friend of mine hasn't had a drink for Four Year now but drinks NA Lager every single night, I asked her why and she replied because she loves the taste..Ugh!

Shes the only recovering alcy I know that digs the taste!

For the same reason they say not to smoke while filling your car with gasoline. Not likely going to be a problem, but if there is, it won't be pretty.
