WOW... I never expected this, what a wonderful thing to wake up to this morning. Thank you so very much... you have me smiling. :-) Well I have been smiling and laughing a lot lately, it is just part of the "being sober" package.

I can't fully describe all the positive changes begin sober has made in me (both physical and emotionally), and the positive impact on my family. There is nothing better. I don't wish for fame or fortune... I just want to continue on my exciting journey of feeling great, having confidence, exercising, being happy, learning, and sharing my love with those that mean a lot to me. That includes all of you!

The "submit reply" button is being sent with love and hugs to all of you.

And to anyone that may stop in and read this post... I would like you to know
