Beyond grumpy!
It is 6 oclock, my hardest time of day. My kids are driving me nuts and my husband promised to be home at 5 so that I wouldn't have to be alone during the witching hour. He just called to let me know he would be home at 8. I feel like I could explode! I am sure I am completely overreacting. I just needed to vent.
Day 3 is pretty hard...hopefully tomorrow is better

Hey there,
Just capture every moment as it comes. Let the days pile up on top of each other. Sobriety promises no easy fixes to family or work life, but that we'll handle the crap of every day life better.
Easy breaths. Have a bath or whatever cools you down. Kick the hubby in the crotch. Whatever gives you peace.
Glad you're here.

It will get better.
Meanwhile, you are faced with the situation of having to learn new and healthy ways to cope with your children at this time of the day. I know you can get through this!

You're very early in sobriety. It's rough at first but it does get better.
Pamper yourself however you can. Drink lots of fluids and eat 'easy' food. A nice hot bath can do wonders too.
It WILL get better, I promise.

Hi inluv, you are already doing the best you can - keep yourself busy here! I found this uplifting YouTube - Alcohol: A Women's Health Issue.
take care and stay strong - you want to be able to place that kick precisely
