What does living life mean to you?
Wow.. a meaning of life question? lol..
My life is simple, and I love it that way. I live honestly, with good intentions at all times. I love with enthusiasm, I harvest and nurture friendships and family relationships new and old. I am a person I know that my little baby son will respect, look up to, trust and love with all his little heart. I honor the blessings in my life, and respect the fact that they could be taken away in any moment.
I'm pretty sure I ignored ALL of the above while I was drunk all the time. How horrible.

Living life is being involved, being there to be involed in the life that's going on all around me. Being able to be involed. None of which is possible when you're "not there."
Here's a tribute to being present in mind.

Being the best person I can be!!! treating others well....myself well....experiencing and appreciating life....being in the "present" and not worrying about the future...or living in the past.... Honouring God for the blessings I have, and for the ones to come!!!
Wow Stanley...you are on a role with these meaningful questions lol:-)
For me the meaning of life is to constantly grow and evolve as a human being. To be present to yourself and the people who you come into contact with. To live life with an open, loving and trusting heart. Amen:-)

Now that I'm actually living life and not just having a pitiful existence it means a lot to me. It means waking and thanking God that he decided to bless me with life today. Being that he did I try and do my part to live under his will not mine. I try and help my fellow alcoholics/addicts in any way I possibly can. God gave me a second chance at life so I just live in the attitude of gratitude everyday, even when I'm not having a good day. I look at it like this, even a bad day is a good day, cause I could be dead, in jail, in an institution or drunk/high.
