Hi MMN,
In my first 5 days, I either took xanax or Tylenol PM to help me sleep. After that, I got back into a nice sleep routine.
There should be a NA forum on this site. Or you could google it in your area to find a meeting.
I've been thinking about you. I was reading my BB the other day, and I forgot to tell you that there is a whole section for agnostics and atheists.
