I Found Something New!

I just found this website by accident, the other website I was on(-MWO- Is Down).So I did some searching & low and Behold I found Sober Recovery.

So I'm looking foward to meeting some new friends!

Here's a little about me-
I was a daily drinker (3 or 4 martinis nightly sometimes more depending on my mood.I didn't lose a job, house, child, or spouse but inside I was a mess
for years(SOOO NUMBBBB)& PHYSICALLY SICK!

I tried everything-AA, Rehab, Inpatient Outpatient & that's finally what led me to MWO- I started Taking Topamax, And Ive been sober for now for over 4months.
The last time I was sober this long, I think I was pregnant.
Anyways, I'm a firm believer that every person has a different road they must take to achieve their sobriety, whether it' s through AA, Rehab, Medication,
Or all of the above. I know There is no miracle, and it does require alot of hard work. But just being able to wake up in the morning without being sick to my stomach is sooooo worth it!!!

Welcome faith! Glad to see you....funny, someone was talking about Topomax just the other day.

And some of those roads can be quite winding with a lot hills and holes. The important thing is to pave your own road, with as many tools as you can, and if you veer of course, get back into it.
