finally went to dr

I went to the dr last week and just got my blood work back. Things are ok, but pretty much tells me I have a problem with drinking. I really hope this will sink into my fat head and finally just quit. Its been a a long couple weeks with drinking. one day at a time. Fight

I too hope this can be your incentive to stop drinking. Sobriety does rock, ya know.

Major health benefits! I agree!

Lost 20 pounds just by putting the drink down; 20 exercising and another 5! All from stopping drinking. That's 45 pounds in 2 years! Size 4 now! My weight from when I was 30. Who knew?! No more stomach aches, headaches, gout, all the ailments are gone and I thought alcohol cured everything that ailed me!
