30 days!!!

I never thought I would say this, but I am on day 30. These last few days in particular have been challenging to say the least - but as hard as it is I'm proud to be sober. I never thought it was possible, and I'm amazed that I'm doing it.

I'm almost scared to get too excited about it - does anyone have any suggestions on how to celebrate?

And thanks everyone here. I couldn't have done it without all the support. Through all the panic attacks and confused thoughts I'm grateful I have somewhere to come.

I celebrate my sobriety by giving my dogs a special treat!

Like a fresh beef bone or a nice long walk to 'check their peemail'.

They love my celebrations!

Congrats on your thirty days and many more sober days to come!

I'm not really a big one for celebrating - maybe just think of something you like to do and do it, or something you'd like to have and buy it?

I remember doing something simple I would've never thought to do drinking;

going for a bike ride

30 days is awesome! Congratulations Lilly! The ways I celebrate: carry-out from a nice restaurant, or letting myself sleep in (without a hangover! aahhh....) Keep up the good work!
