do we change
do we change our mind set in our thirties i think i am because i see things like tv shows i use to like i think are just stupid now music games what people think of me whats right or wrong ect i think my whole mind set is changing things i never cared about before i do now is this just gettiing older or finding we are mortal

I've noticed a lot of changes in things like that too - but since getting sober. Music especially. I used to listen to depressing music that contributed to my bad repetitive thoughts. Now I don't have interest in listening to what used to depress me.
