well its been an up and down battle lately. Need to get back on track sober life is so so much better and healthier. I feel so good not having a hangover. Well i know what to do just need a little push or should I say big push.

FTW....we are here for you and what helped me was making healthy changes and by getting face to face support. My own will power only went so far so I decided to do it different.

You can do this but you need to do the work. Glad you are here.

thanks, but i just keep falling down. i really was thinking how to do things different. it is every where I go. I want to tell my friend to all get lost. Husband I don't know what to do with him. I know today is a new day just want to make it all the way threw it.
One thing I did think about is I seem to drink if I get home to late and dont have that down time for myself. Oh well must get going to work. Just a few thoughts.
