Hope you didn't forget about me!
22 days today and doing really well! I haven't been on b/c I decided to take a little road trip across the Sound to Seattle to visit family. They were very supportive and we had a great time! I'm back home now, and I'm still clean and clear! Life is getting better, every day...

Fell off on Saturday after 1 years sober. Same negative result. Thought i'd be sneaky and drink a couple thinking the wife had left on a business trip. returned home she was there.. I don't think I like the high as much as I think it would help me sleep. sleeping 3-5 hrs is a good night. Maybe thats just part of the big lie. Any sleep advice?

Sorry to hear you had a slip up. Good thing is, you recognized the fall immediately and are ready to correct it. Good luck. Only advise on sleep, is maybe a nice hot shower/bath before bed and some warm tea. Take care. Hope to see you here for daily support. You can recover from this and be quickly back on track!
